All companies have unique cultures that they want to improve upon with new hires. This is very true with a tax firm that loves CrossFit. CrossFit is such a part of its culture, that IDEAL FIT™ candidates for them would not just be exceptional accountants, but also very physically fit and interested in doing group workouts at the local CrossFit gym.
